From the team behind South Bank's Moge Tee comes a brand new spot for sweet treats, Fluffy Souffle. Now open on the corner of Grey Street and Little Stanley Street in South Bank, this establishment may be small, but is already attracting lines out the door for their uber fluffy souffle pancakes. 

These air-like souffle pancakes will literally melt in your mouth, and come topped with an array of delicious toppings. Wobble your way through matcha, brown sugar bubble, seasonal fruit, Oreo and chocolate flavours, each one sweeter than the last. Our pick though, is the creme brulee stack, which comes with a crisp melted sugar crown just begging to be cracked.

If you need something to wash your pancakes down, you can sip on creme brulee, milk and fruit teas, with the option to add pearls and jellies to your chosen sip. Also on the menu are chiffon cakes and dorayaki—a snack of two small pancake like patties wrapped around a sweet flavoured paste.
