The Foraged, Fired and Farmed Lunch at is living proof that simple is often best. With locally sourced produce and lunch cooked over fire, kick back for a feed in the tranquillity of a sub-tropical rainforest. Guests will start with a table of foraged and locally-farmed treats like saltbush chips and green tree ants, before moving onto smoked beef brisket and flame-grilled corn. Speckles On The Teviot
An afternoon on the farm at is a beef lovers dream.
A ticket to this event will get you up close with stock horses, show cattle and working border collies (photos are a must), followed by a long lunch on the lawn by the cattle yard.
