Tweed Heads’ sweet new coffee, smoothie and sandwich shop, , is slinging up a delicious range of loaded sandwiches, fresh salads, little lunch boxes, baked goods, smoothies and coffees for all your snacking desires.

Born from a local catering company, Delightful is the bricks-and-mortar store of , run by the friends-turned-family duo Monique and Alisha who are the owners, creators and driving forces behind Delightful and Deluxe Grazing. 

With over five years in the business, Deluxe Grazing has nurtured a loyal following through delivering incredible catering to weddings, birthdays, and much more and we have no doubt that love will extend to Delightful by Deluxe as it grows. 

Hearty yet healthy, Delightful offers a gourmet range of sandwiches you can chow down on either toasted or fresh. Their chipotle chicken on sourdough with crunchy coleslaw, red onion, and cheddar cheese with a drizzle of spicy chipotle sauce is a clear crowd favourite. 

Feeling like a taste of Italy? Why not try another fan choice—their Italian ciabatta with layered salami and smoked ham with Swiss cheese, lettuce, aioli, and yellow mustard. And for just $1 more you can add pickles for all those pickle lovers (we know you’re out there somewhere). 

If none of those options tickle your fancy, Delightful lets you channel your inner sandwich artist with their 'create your own’ option with their range of gourmet ingredients, as well as offering a wide selection of fresh salads from their display cabinet. Oh, and plenty of rotating housemade baked goods which will have you coming back again...and again.
