If you’re the former, opt for any of the express therapy services like Recovery—back scrub, hot stone back massage and scalp massage—which aims to dissolve tension, cleanse and restore your peace of mind, in just 45 minutes. 

But if you’ve got time—and we seriously recommend you clear your schedule for this place—book yourself in for a bunch of uber-relaxing experiences. Start with a Vichy Shower, where not one but seven warm rain showers move across your body. 

Got achy muscles? Try the classic relaxation massage which uses Swedish techniques to relieve tension and tired muscles or for something a little different, indulge in the Tranquillity Pro Sleep massage where you’ll be treated to a synergy of essential oils, sound, soft brushes and gentle Ayurvedic techniques to ensure an excellent night’s sleep and rested nervous system. 

Next, prepare to get your glow on with a Scared Nature Facial, using only organic ingredients or their classic Customised Spa Facial, which will make you feel incredibly spoilt as they tailor every inch of the treatment to your skin’s needs—you won’t want it to end.

Post-treatment treats await you in the relaxation room, where you can stay and chill out for as long as you wish. We even spotted a group of swans swimming past on our visit—when we said this place was next level, we meant it.
