The Verdict

With summer fast approaching, and life returning to a level of normalcy, we all owe ourselves a good time. The iconic Prince Hotel in St Kilda has just launched its pop-up , and it looks incredible.

In collaboration with Brick Lane Brewing and Nagambie Brewery & Distillery, the former rooftop carpark has been spectacularly transformed into an oasis ready for a summer of good times… and plenty of booze. Like any weekend-worthy rooftop,  you can also expect several epic vistas while the DJ sets the mood on weekends.

The rooftop itself is expansive, to say the least. You’ll find a stack of seating up top, but let’s be honest, every man, woman and their dog will be eyeing off those beanbags—get there early to avoid disappointment.

Given the space has two booze partners backing it, you’d be ignorant not to expect a hefty drinks list.,make your way through Brick Lane’s hop-heavy catalogue including their Craft Brews, a grip of wines by PREECE, and of course a summery offering of cocktails. Heck, they even have Brick Lane Brewing beer flavoured icy poles for those hot days. And don’t forget the gin bar, too.

To complement the drinks menu, the food options are equally alluring, order up on a  deep pan pizza, and hot chicken rolls, plus several other rooftop bar classics.

Prince Rooftop Beer Garden is open from Thursdays to Sundays during November. Check out the for more information.
