You won’t find a bar in this intimate sippin’ spot. That’s because the magic happens behind the scenes in Panacea’s very own cocktail kitchen. By day, Dany, Theo and Sheena tinker and test different flavour combinations, using beakers and precise distillation methods to create each individual component of every drink on offer, ready for the evening service. Kinda like high school science but fun.

By preparing everything by day, the team has more time to sit down and guide you through an evening of perfectly matched pure cocktail indulgence. Whether you prefer a short, savoury kinda tipple or relish all things sparkling and sweet, you’ll certainly find something that tickles your fancy. 

Feeling peckish? Of course, you are. Panacea has an equally delectable choice of snacks and sharing plates to fuel your cocktail marathon which they describe as "the best kind of picnic food". So order up a ‘Chai Generation’ cocktail and a charcuterie board to share (or not to share) and settle in for an evening of elevated sipping and snacking.
