Mt Eden’s very own slice of Italy, Mt Eden's Pasta & Cuore, provides authentic Italian dishes and—trust us—you won’t be disappointed. The chef is from Italy so expect to be wowed with pasta made from scratch, beautiful antipasti boards and sensational desserts. The tagliatelle with classic bolognese ragout will make your tastebuds sing, as will be spaghetti alla chitarra with real carbonara sauce—a winner for those who prefer creamy pasta dishes. They also do pasta-making classes. Learn how to make the likes of tagliatelle and spaghetti in their beginner’s class before advancing to their filled pasta class.
