Earl’s Brings Beef Dip Baguettes And Mortadella Stacked Focaccia To Mount Hawthorn

By

The Oxford Street lunchtime lineup is set to get a little more compelling as Earl's, a new home for gourmet sandwiches and great coffee, prepares to open its doors next week.

While details are thin on the ground, they've breadcrumbed us with a few mouth watering looking sandwiches, and we're intrigued to say the least. On the pass is a succulent looking classic French dip, a crusty baguette filled with thinly sliced roast beef and served with a cup of beef jus to dip, as well as a crispy pork belly take on the sandwich. We've also spied lamb gyros, a fluffy pita generously stuffed with seasoned lamb and chips, and a mortadella foccacia.

Plus, in great news for gluten free sandwich lovers, Earl's has a gluten free bread option for all its sandos.

Earl's plans to open its doors on Tuesday 6 May.
