Meet Bar Banter, a new Mediterranean-inspired beer and cocktail garden tucked down the laneway behind Mexican cantina La Condessa.
From backyard mai thais and potato gems loaded with parmesan to whipped ricotta and quality wine, Nolan's latest is designed to be easygoing and fun, with just the right amount of sophistication.
Bar Banter is the tenth opening from Perth hospo legend Clint Nolan of Lavish Habits (La Cholita, Joe's Juice Joint, Alabama Song, Sneaky Tony's and more), so you should already know you're getting something good here.
