The Verdict
The Bonsai originates from the Japanese art form of cultivating pot plants. This intricate art and knowledge of the Japanese culture can clearly be seen in the contemporary offering at Northbridge restaurant, Bonsai. Patrons are seen as part of the Bonsai family as each guest is treated to a beautiful and authentic Japanese experience. They offer a range of share plates and a vast sushi selection with each dish being served as soon as it has been freshly prepared by the chef. Bonsai is the perfect venue for a group catch up but just remember they're only open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday! Otanoshimi kudasai!
