The Verdict
Santini Bar and Grill is dishing up a mix of Italian cuisine with local West Australian produce all from an open kitchen so you can sit back and watch it all unfold. Equipped with a wood-fired grill and oven, you’ll be able to see handmade pasta, Margaret River venison and line-caught calamari cooking away.
From 5pm each day, Santini opens their bar—a downtown hideout nestled behind the restaurant where you can enjoy their signature cocktails and a selection of their menu, so it's the perfect place to hang out if you forgot to make a booking but are desperate to taste their delicious eats.
