Freshly revamped and more delicious than ever, Christina’s has launched a Mediand it’s giving slow, sun-drenched Mediterranean living with every bite. Under the helm of Chef Federico Scordo (ex-Rome and London), the chic all-day space now serves a soulful menu that pays homage to seaside trattorias and earthy Mediterranean traditions: think hummus, grains, fresh seafood and generous plates built for sharing.
Settle into velvet banquettes under soft golden lights or sip a flat white by day in the light-filled space lush with tropical foliage. Whatever the hour, it’s always a good time for Christina’s Pizza Fritta, a deep-fried airy dough layered with stracciatella, mortadella and pesto, or a signature Carbonara done the Roman way, no cream in sight. Seafood lovers, don’t skip the Polpo Materca, a nostalgic dish of tender octopus on chickpea hummus and tomato confit.
High tea is also in session from Fridays to Sundays (2pm–5pm), while the full a la carte menu kicks off daily from 25 April, 8am till late.

Clear your calendars, pizza fiends! Singapore’s best pizzeria is linking up with Hong Kong’s top-ranked Fiata Pizzeria for a five-night-only carb-fuelled collab. From 28 April to 2 May, this Jiak Chuan Road hotspot will host Master Pizzaiolo Antonio Brancato and the legendary Chef Salvatore Fiata (aka Sasà), whose Soho joint was just crowned #3 on 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2025. Expect a next-level lineup of Fiata’s award-winning pies, like the pistachio-loaded Bronte 5.0 and the smoky, peppery Provola e Pepe (aka Pizza of the Year 2024), served up alongside ANTO’s signature good vibes, banging Italian hip-hop, and cheeky cocktail mashups like the Pineapple Pizza Negroni. This one’s strictly dinner only (6pm to 11pm, last orders at 9:30), so book ahead, come hungry, and prepare for pizza perfection.
Previously, Singapore’s ANTO Pizza E Aperitivi, led by Master Pizzaiolo Antonio Brancato, was been ranked 13th on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2025 list—the highest position for a Singapore-based pizzeria. ANTO also received a ‘Golden Ticket,’ making it the first and only pizzeria in Singapore to earn this distinction. This recognition places ANTO among the best in the region and grants it an invitation to compete in the 50 Top Pizza World Awards.
The general menu features three main pizza styles. The In Teglia (Baking Tin), commonly found in Southern Italy, is baked in a small pan at over 250°C for 10 to 12 minutes, resulting in a gently puffed pizza with a crisp top and bottom and a fluffy middle. The Classic Pizza which uses the same dough but is cooked in ultra-high 480°C heat for just 90 seconds. This Napoletana pizza is best enjoyed folded and eaten by hand to fully experience its texture and flavours. Finally, Le Antonio is a section of the menu dedicated to creativity, giving Chef Antonio the space to craft new and innovative creations.

Widely regarded as the Grandfather of Heritage Cuisine, Chef Damian’s illustrious career spans decades, marked by an unwavering commitment to exhibiting the depth and complexity of his family’s recipes. Chef Damian has become an ambassador of Singapore Heritage Cuisine—a philosophy that bridges the flavours of Singapore’s multicultural past with modern culinary sensibilities.

The first edition of ‘Friends of Torno Subito’ takes place on 14 and 15 March at Torno Subito Singapore, featuring Executive Chef Hyungkyu Jun of Gucci Osteria Seoul da Massimo Bottura—a concept born from a special partnership between Massimo Bottura and Gucci.
For two days only, you can indulge in an exclusive menu crafted by both restaurants with a unique ‘East-meets-West’ approach. The lunch experience ($148++) features a four-course menu while the dinner experience ($198++) presents a more elaborate six-course menu. Known for serving its namesake Hokkaido special Wagyu crossbreed not commonly found outside Japan, Japanese steakhouse by Chef Masahiro Takada believes in letting the quality of this coveted cow shine. South Korea's leading burger chain, Lotteria, will be coming to Singapore, with the first store expected to open by the second quarter of 2025 thanks to a partnership between Katrina Group (a prominent food and beverage and hospitality group in Singapore) and Lotte GRS.
