After closing for two years, the historic Dry Dock is entering a new era under new owners and with a stunning full-venue transformation.
The new Dry Dock ticks all the boxes of a great pub—a dog-friendly public bar, a cruisey sports lounge to catch your favourite games on the big screen, and plenty of old-timy charm.
But there's a little Balmain polish now too. Like the sleek lounge bar with a double-fronted woodburning fireplace, cozy club chairs, and a menu of French-leaning snacks like warm Baker Bleu baguette, salted cod croquettes, and duck liver parfait.
Then, there's a roomy Euro bistro with a sit-up oyster bar run by a crew of Rockpool allum (head chef Ben Sitton, sommelier Christiane Poulos, and Dom Vaughn). Try steak frites from the Josper oven, crab tagliatelle, or the classic DD cheeseburger with sour pickles and fries.
