The Panorama Bar is a vibrant Sydney CBD bar on the top level of dining destination The International.

All-day dining from a menu by culinary director Joel Bickford and executive chef Danny Corbett lists plenty of snacks and small plates for pairing with a drink at lunch, knockoffs, or later in the evening, with easygoing but polished snacks like a popcorn lobster roll with togarashi, skewers of char siu pork belly, and scallop ceviche with green chilli, radish and sesame crackers.

The drinks are also seasonal, with easy-drinking favourites and Champagne flowing. Cocktails offer unique takes on classics, with a slushie selection (Pina Colada and Tommy's margarita); freshly juiced whisky apples and grapefruit Palomas, and large-format sharing cocktails.

The curving garden terraces of the Harry Seidler-designed building have a quintessential Sydney outlook with cosy areas for groups to settle in, with fire pits surrounded by lounges, and room for having a dance to regular DJ programming as well.

The International and its three venues (The Wine Bar, The Grill and The Panorama Bar) are opening progressively in November 2024— to stay in the loop, or check out our favourite Sydney CBD bars.
