The bar at Grana restaurant in Sydney

On the ground level of the historic Hinchcliff House at Circular Quay, Grana serves lunch and dinner.

The name translates to "grain" in Italian, and is a reference to the on-site mill which is used to create Grana's pasta and breads, in dishes like ricotta and pumpkin-filled occhi pasta with pickled pumpkin and lemon balm, malfadine with nduja, goats curd and cime di rapa, and focaccia di recco.

Coal-grilled meat and seafood round out the savoury offering, with standouts like market fish with fioretto, cime de rapa and shellfish brodetto, grilled  free-range chicken with saffron risoni, red pesto and sage, and hearty seasonal sides.
